316 stainless steel triangular flanged units

Triangular flanged bearing housings, having three mounting holes, are designed for mounting support bearings on a machine wall. The EXG Series triangular ranged bearing units are suitable for self-aligning spherical roller bearings of series 22K oh adapter sleeves.
They are one piece design with cover on one side and range for mounting on the other side of bearing housing.
Painting for corrosion protection is not needed because EXG flanged housings are made of stainless steel (grade 316) which is rustproof and resistant to corrosion from sea water and almost all chemicals. Another great advantage of stainless steel bearing housing material is that they have a much greater tensile strength and are not fragile like the cast iron flange bearing units. They are available for shaft diameter from 20 To 100mm shaft size. These  triangular bearing units are designed for grease lubrication. Greasing nipple is provided. EXG flanged housings are dimensionally interchangeable with the NFL flanged housings from SKF and the earlier 722512 housings.
